The Yoga of Awareness is a way of being.

It is a way of simply being present and the practice of feeling that presence; it is a way to live with integrity so that what we think, say and do are all informed by Being. It is a self-awareness that feels exciting, peaceful, relaxing yet exhilarating, because we release our need to judge, identify, understand, and we can simply be with our open heart in each moment, as it presents itself.
